Feeling empowered

Wow. I think I've finally kicked the habit. It's been awhile now and I'm doing well. I have found that if I can't have my precious Diet Coke...I really don't have a desire for pop at all. I find that a bit weird. It's good though since I've read that carbonation isn't great on your body either. Visit this link to learn more
